'Beginner Boxing Home Workout | 10 Rounds | 60 Combo Variations!'

I have kept the combos simple, so no more than 4 techniques per combo.  There are over 60 boxing combination variations in this workout, so even though it is rather simple you will still be challenged as a beginner or advanced boxer.  This boxing workout definitely tested me.  We\'ll mostly work the jab, right hand, lead hook, and uppercut. At the more advanced stages of this workout i\'ve included ducking and slipping punches within the combos. If you are an intermediate or advanced boxer you can still get a lot out of this workout by throwing the combos at fast pace with more intensity. I\'d say you can burn any where from 300-500 calories doing this boxing workout, depending on your size and fitness level.
